How is the Accelerator Program Structured?

The LAT Accelerator Program is a concentrated full-day session, running from 9 AM to 1 PM.

Participants will gain an overview of the LAT, delving into the process of deconstructing exam questions and approaching problem-solving. Instructors will explore critical thinking strategies, encompassing questioning, analysing, evaluating, and synthesising. Fundamental aspects of essay writing, including clear structuring, logical reasoning, and persuasive frameworks, will also be covered.

The program is designed to be interactive, incorporating practical examples and practice questions for each topic. Instructors will assist students in preparing optimal responses to practice questions, offering feedback during and after the program to reinforce learning.

Absolutely! The Accelerator Program is highly interactive, allowing students to pose live questions and apply their knowledge through practical examples and practice questions. Instructors will provide feedback throughout the program. Students also have the opportunity to complete additional practice papers and receive complimentary written feedback post-program, enhancing their tools, advice, and confidence for LAT success.

Yes, the Accelerator Program includes additional LAT and HSC study and examination techniques to ensure comprehensive preparation. Students will learn effective strategies for achieving their desired results and understand the importance of adopting a strategic approach to the LAT.

What Materials Will Be Provided Before the Accelerator Program?

All students receive a workbook containing key notes, practice questions, exam papers, and stimulus material. This workbook can be utilised for note-taking, answering questions, and preparing responses for instructor review and feedback.

Do I Need to Prepare for the Accelerator Program?

No preparation is required. Instructors will guide students through the workbook during the program.

Who Are the LAT Plus Instructors?

Our Accelerator Program is led by UNSW alumni lawyers, Sandrah Mikha and Rosa Nobarani. Sandrah is a government lawyer, and Rosa is an immigration lawyer, both having graduated from UNSW. With extensive experience in assisting students in LAT and HSC preparation, they have developed a step-by-step blueprint for success in the LAT.
